2025 TikTok Holiday Giveaway Terms

By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

2. Giveaway Period:
The giveaway begins when the TikTok post goes live on December 5, 2025 and ends on December 12, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET. The winner will be announced on Monday 15, 2025.

3. How to Enter:
To enter:
(1) Follow @cosmanyc on TikTok
(2) Tag your favorite creator in the comments of the giveaway video
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Additional entries may be disqualified.

4. Prize:
One (1) winner will receive one (1) Cosma bag (Retail Value: $69).
No cash alternative or substitution is allowed.

5. Winner Selection:
Winner will be selected at random from eligible entries. Winner will be contacted via TikTok DM or tagged in the comments. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be selected.

6. Shipping:
Prize will be shipped only within the United States. Winner must provide a valid U.S. mailing address.

7. Privacy:
Information collected from the winner (name + mailing address) will be used solely to deliver the prize. No personal information will be stored or sold.

8. Additional Terms:
Cosma reserves the right to disqualify entries that appear to be spam, automated, or in violation of TikTok guidelines.
