Our Story

Hello and welcome! I’m Yuyu, founder of Cosma, and mom of two in New York City. I started Cosma with one goal in mind: To make mom life a little easier, and a lot more chic.

Our first creation, the wearable cooler, was designed to solve a simple yet universal challenge: carrying breastmilk and kids’ snacks without bulky lunchboxes or clinical-looking bags. We reimagined the cooler as a sleek, fashion-forward handbag, one that blends effortlessly into everyday life, from office commutes to daycare drop-offs, from travel days to weekend strolls.

In the summer of 2024, on my way to the park with my kids, I found myself buried under a mountain of bags: a milk cooler, a diaper bag, my purse, and my older one’s scooter. As a self-proclaimed minimalist, I thought: Mom life is chaotic enough -- if only I could grab one bag, my stroller, and head out the door! And of course, I wanted something that actually looked good with my outfit.

When I returned to work after maternity leave, the problem only grew. I was commuting daily with my laptop and pumping gear, and I didn’t want to lug around a bulky, clinical-looking cooler. That’s when the idea struck: What if there was a stylish, versatile bag that could carry baby milk, my older one’s yogurt, my essentials, and maybe even a couple of diapers -- all in one?

That night, I started sketching. Soon after, I partnered with a reliable manufacturer, turning rough ideas into a real product. With the support of my best friend, Cosma was born.

Our first creation, the Cosma Go wearable cooler, is proof that style and function don’t have to be mutually exclusive. It’s sleek, versatile, and thoughtfully designed for moms who balance work, family, and everything in between.

This is only the beginning. I believe that when a product makes a mom’s life easier, it benefits everyone. Cosma Go is the first step toward building a collection of products that support modern moms who hustle every day, all without compromising style.

Thank you for being here. If you have ideas or suggestions, I’d love to hear them.

With love,

Yuyu
