Return Policy

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns in new, unused condition with original packaging received within 14 days of delivery. Please make sure:

• All pieces of your item are included. Sorry, we can’t process a return if pieces are missing.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

• Items returned after the 14-day return window are not refundable.

Please note: Certain items (e.g., final sale) are non-returnable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. It sometimes can take an additional time for your bank to post a credit to your account.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@cosmanyc.com, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you. Requests submitted after 7 days may be subject to a processing fee.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at contact@cosmanyc.com with your order number and reason for return.
   

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return address.
   

3. Please ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the instructions.
